Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
Trouble is thankful that she got a turn with the blankie too. She likes to sit between my hubby and I on the couch at night.
I am joining Angel Sammy’s Poetry Day. Here is the photo prompt for today’s poem.
Girl dads are a lot of fun
sure it would be quicker to run.
Nice to see a little girl smile
for her he will go the extra mile.
He doesn’t mind wearing pink
and doesn’t care what we think.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.
1. _____________________ is a first world problem I have.
2. I’ll never understand why so many people enjoy ____________________________.
3. My sense of humor would be best described as _________.
4. I think schools should teach _________.

Cute poem-well done. How adorable that Trouble snuggles under a blankie between you and your husband at night. So precious.
Thank you. 🙂 Yes, she is precious. XO
Ha! Funny poem, and love the picture of Trouble! XO
Thank you. 🙂 XO
First of all that’s a GREAT poem!! Thanks for joining us this week in the fun. Secondly, we think it’s so sweet that Trouble likes to join Mom and Dad on the couch……lots of petting from both sides – now that’s smart!!!
Love and Hugs, Pam and Teddy
Thank you. 🙂 She is clever. XO
Trouble knows she won’t get in trouble if she’s sitting with the both of you. Cute poem silly photo.
She rarely gets in trouble except when she goes after poor Ethel. Thank you. 🙂 xo
1. Can’t think what that means exactly, so, no answer.
2. I’ll never understand why so many people enjoy frittering away their time on inane things.
3. I think my sense of humor would be described as ever present and loving puns and any (nice) play on words.
4. I think schools should go back and teach Civics. Ignorance is not bliss.
Thank you for these great answers. I agree with you on 2 and 4 and my humor is similar. XO
Delightful poem, and Trouble looks like she’s comfy and I am glad she got a turn with the blankie.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
