Happy Wednesday everyone! The other day I was reading Tux the Dapper Cat’s blog and read a story about a kitten that was attacked by a dog. Poor Anna lost her tail and a leg, but survived thanks to her folks getting her the necessary treatment which was over $6,000. I made a small donation and said I would spread the word.   6. Dat’s just ppawful ’bout da kitty Miss Ellen. But yous a pawsum peep fur helpin’ so many. Fank yous bunches fur all yous do not just fur us but fur so many udders includin’ yous own bwood. And yes, techs have to be certified here, but they only have to pass an efficieny exam wiff a 70 or higher. Much like all udder licensing and certification boards. And they don’t have to be good at evewyfin’ just enuff to make dat 70. And weez finkin’dat’s where these girlys fit in. Weez glad to know weez noot just bein’ oversensitive.

    1. You are definitely not being over sensitive. I would change to another place if there is another one nearby. I always think that about doctors, that some were not A students and probably just got by.

  7. Poor Anna! I hope that she will be okay. Cats are amazing survivors. I’m glad to hear that Lucy is doing well too.

  10. Good that Lucy is continuing to get better! 🙂 What a traumatic thing to happen to Anna. I wonder if the dog owner can be traced…if only to be made aware of what the dog is capable of doing when not leashed and overviewed… 🙁

  12. Wow. Incredible that Anna survived!! I’d love to donate, but (oh, I hate this but sentences) I need right now every penny to rescue my cats from the shelter.

  18. Thanks so much for spreading the word about Anna! I just got the update that she’s now been able to stay at home for 3 days instead of the hospital, yay! And we are so glad to hear that Lucy is feeling better!
