Hi everyone. We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays and today is Y day for The A-Z Blogging Challenge.
Rosie is posing with the book I just finished reading.
Ghost Town Living : Mining for Purpose and Chasing Dreams at the Edge of Death Valley by Brent Underwood is really interesting. The author bought a Ghost Town and it trying to revive it, but nature provides many harsh lessons. It is a great combination of a memoir and history of mining in that area of the US.
I was thinking Yule for Y, but I have a Yeti so I say Y for Yeti.
I like it a Christmas 🎄 Yeti very creative
Thank you. XO
You’re Welcome
That sounds like a really interesting book! A beautiful picture of Rosie. A Christmas Yeti sounds like fun! We had a cat named Yeti years ago. We also had a wandering feral boy I called Sasquatch, who only stayed briefly. XO
Thank you. That is a cool name for a cat. XO
Is that a Yak beside the Yeti?? Yak could be the new reindeer, LOL!! Or use their wool make an ugly sweater, teehee!
That book does sound like an interesting read.
That is supposed to be a lion. 🙂 XO
I bet that ghost town read is really something……imagine buying a town and discovering a large chunk of history in the ruins. I like the Yeti!
Hugs, Pam

I am wondering how the author thought to revive a ghost town and how he could buy one. And how much t cost and how far he got? Interesting.
All those answers are in the book. 🙂 XO
I just looked it up. What a different kind of story!
