Hi everyone. Happy Valentine’s Day to you all.

We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays  and Create with Joy’s Inspire Me Monday. 

Penny is here with some Oreo truffles. They are easy to make if you need a quick treat idea for today.

Ingredients:

package of Oreos ( not extra stuffed and not family sized , just regular package).

block of cream cheese

package of chocolate melts in pink or whatever color you like

Directions:

Soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds

Crush cookies in food processor then stir into cream cheese.

Make into small balls and place on wax paper. Refrigerate for an hour or more.

Then melt chocolate on high for 90 seconds- dip balls into chocolate and chill again.

That is all. You can sprinkle colored sugar on if you want too.

This is for humans only though- sorry kitties.

    I hope you, your furblings, mom, and dad have a lovely day celebrating the love you share. Thanks for sharing the recipe but unfortunately we’ve discovered cream cheese doesn’t make our tummies feel too good so we’re avoiding it at the moment. It does sound awfully yummy, though.

  35. Those sure look tasty. We have no cream cheese here…along with a whole lot of other foods, according to our mom. That doesn’t bother us as long as we get our food though! And as Max used to say, Happy VD!

    If I made those I would eat them in one sitting, LOL!! Way too tempting…yums are like that. We ate out today, and we ate reasonable but then we both had a brownie buster for dessert….death by chocolate!! A Brownie topped with two scoops of ice cream, lots of whipped cream and chocolate sauce drizzled all over…Oh la la!!😋
