Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am thankful for people that go above and beyond. The realtor we have for my hubby’s sister’s house had his truck with him and volunteered to bring a truck load to Savers for us. We were going to go to The Salvation Army, but our Kia Soul is small and would need 3 trips to his one. Savers give to charities too, so we were fine with that.
Also thankful for little gifts I have found as we are cleaning out the house. Pretty sure they were for me anyway.
I skipped the poem again. My brain is too tired lately with all the cleaning out we are doing.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

Glad you were able to have a little help when clearing out the house. I’m sure It’s alot of work. “Cats make me happy” works for me! XO
Thank you. 🙂 It is so much work- there was so much stuff. xo
That was kind of the realtor to help you out. Yes, I think those gifts were definitely intended for you.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
What a blessing it is to have friends (or a realtor) with a truck! I do hope you get all the going through done soon, I know it’s not easy.
Yes, it is. I hope so too. XO
I glad the realtor helped you out with so much work. Yes, I am sure those gifts were meant for you.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
There is no way they weren’t meant for you!! xxoo
Thank you. 🙂 XO
You certainly have your hands full with this huge undertaking. I remember my mother’s house and it was 300 miles away. I just had to stay in it and sort and pack and throw away. Nice to get free trip from this man. And a new Potato Head! Your pay for all the work, lol.
This is 60 miles away and I would not want to sleep there- I won’t leave my kitties so it is taking forever. I hope I get more than a Potato head out of this. 🙂 XO
Cleaning out a house is such hard work. What a nice thing for the realtor to do.
Yes, it was.
Think I’ll just burn our house down instead of move all of the stuff in it!
I’m sorta joking.
In this case, it would have been preferable than wasting all my time. xo
That’s a wonderful thankful and a nice assist too! Thanks for joining Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Thank you. 🙂 XO
Charlee: “Aww, that realtor does sound like a good one, and those items ― especially the pillow! ― definitely seem like they were destined to go to you.”
Yes, he went above and beyond and is going to take another load next week.
Awww, those are adorable gifts you found. So precious.

So glad the house-doing is coming to an end! And a new Potato Head!!! Treasures abound.

Oh, the pillow and Mrs. Potato Head❤️ Special gifts like the Bear my Mom bought for me before she died. Jerry had it under the Christmas tree… my first Christmas without her. I didn’t even know about it😢
Friends with trucks are always appreciated!
Hugs, Ellen
I know how special your tree is. I didn’t realize Jerry had put it under your Christmas tree. XO
Those are cute gifts. That was so nice of the realtor to help.

That is great that you had help. My wife’s mom died on Wednesday and she and her sister will be packing up their mom’s house tomorrow.
Thank you. I am so sorry- my condolences to you and your wife.
