Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
I am thankful that my niece came over with the kids on Sunday. We had a great time. Here are some Christmas ornaments we made. As usual, my home is covered in glitter and I love it.
We are also joining Angel Sammy’s Poetry Day. And here is the photo prompt provided:
Don’t cry over this spill
for us kitties, it is really a thrill.
Don’t worry, we’ll help you clean this up.
Mom should really invest in a sippy cup.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.
1. My favorite Christmas movie ( or book) is ____________________.
2. My favorite Christmas song in _____________..
3. _________ is the best way to spread Christmas cheer.
4. _________ is my favorite day of the holiday season.
Glad you had a fun day with the kids with lots of glitter! I like glitter, too. Haha, good poem!
Thank you. 🙂 XO
WE ARE GLITTER FREAKS, TOO! When mama was little, she LOVED glitter on everything…and a vacuum cleaner nearby, her mama said! Love your ornaments. Those lucky little girls…
Are the kitties sparkling, too?
Thank you. 🙂 There is a bit of glitter everywhere. XO
Those ornaments are very pretty. Love your poem.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
Pretty ornaments. Years ago when my husband quit fishing with some tiny fly fishing lures I ended up putting them inside clear ornaments and hanging them on the tree for him. I like your poem.
That was a great idea. XO
Delightful poem! Beautiful ornaments and I love glitter too.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
This photo has always made me chuckle!
I recall making tree ornaments as a child, and how those memories are still with me.
Thank you. 🙂
Made me smile. On my grandson’s first Christmas I unthinkingly used glittered paper to wrap a few of his presents. We had glittered baby!
Thank you. 🙂 That must have been funny. XO
I’ll bet it was fun making those pretty ornaments. That’s a cute poem too. Thanks for joining Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
It was fun. Thank you. 🙂 XO
TGO, TM and B are so lucky to have a crafty auntie who lets them be free to express themselves.
I like your poem. Lots of kitties to help with spilled milk there.
Hugs Cecilia
Thank you. 🙂 Imagine here, it would take 2 seconds to lap up. XO
You are the best at crafts! Fun poem too.
Thank you. 🙂
You not only had a good time with the girls, but you helped create beautiful memories for their future with those ornaments. Mom still has ones her kids made when they were little.

Thank you. 🙂 I have a similar one I made in grade school too.
What a fun way to spend the day! Those ornaments are very special.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
What fun, making ornaments and having glitter all over. It does make things festive, doesn’t it.
I like your poem, yes, the mom does need a sippy cup for this child.
Yes, it does. Thank you. 🙂 XO
Beautiful ornament creations ~ thanks,
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

We’re total opposites. Mom despises glitter. It’s sparkly and adds festive fun, but it’s such a mess.
I no longer mind messes, I like the reminder that the kids were here.
The ornaments are pretty. Sounds like a fun day. Cute poem.
Thank you. 🙂 It was.
Those ornaments are really nice. Love the poem.
Thank you. 🙂
Those ornaments are so pretty! Adorable photo prompt and poem.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
Speaking of making ornaments, I just saw where you can put pet furs into an ornament, then add their name or whatever you like, and it will be a part of your decor forever!
That is a fun poem! At least milk is easier to clean up (lap up) than paint…
That is a nice idea. XO
That was from us, Dalton & Benji…
I know. 🙂 XO
Kitties are a girl;s best friends

Nice that your niece joined you and her girls Sunday for some Christmas crafting. Your glitter covered house has become a tradition! Enjoyed your poem… maybe Santa could bring that kid a sippy cup.
Well, she went to her monthly massage, but she came back with pizza. XO
Chaplin: “I would cry over spilled milk. If by ‘cry’ you mean ‘run over and lap it all up’ …”
MOL! 🙂
I dislike how glitter sticks to everything. lol But I want to crash one of your crafting parties! 🙂 By the way, I finally wised up and subscribed to get notifications on your latest posts. Best wishes!
Thank you for signing up. XO
The ornaments are beautiful
Thank you. 🙂
We think glitter is a sign of love.
Yes, it is and there is a lot of love here. XO
