  1. I loved learning more about you, Prancie. That is sad that you had frostbite. I’m glad you will never have to suffer through that ever again.

  2. Hi Prancie, I love the selfie, very authoritative and quite proper. Mrs H likes mine to be that way but I seldom look that commanding unless theres a mouse in da house (palace) MOL

  3. Ha ha ha, “landline”! “Phone off the hook”! I’ll bet there’s tons of young ‘uns that don’t even know what these things mean.

  4. Prancie that’s a great selfie AND combining it with 12 facts about you was a brilliant idea. We now know more about you! I think it’s cute you take the phone off the hook – you want things to be nice and quiet around there right?

    Happy Sunday!
    Hugs, Teddy

  5. Prancie, that is one terrific selfie. That was fun reading all the facts about you. Good idea taking the phone off the hook, then it can’t ring. You all have a great day.

  6. This was fun to read and getting to know you better! #4 – That was not so fun. I’m so glad you found your furever home and you’re now safe and sound. And warm!

  7. First, let me say…beautiful picture! Great selfie! Also, love the interview. You did a great job with the answers.

  8. Prancie, dear furiend, I loved finding out these secrets! In fact, I’m purrty sure I’d only answer 2 of them differently …. I’m never allowed more than 4 treats by my stingy staff AND they won’t give me milk either…. Thus, my answers highlight the staffing problems I’m dealing with.
You are very, very lucky to have adopted Ms. Ellen, who is a very generous and kind housekeeper.

  9. Prancie…well done on the 12 amazing facts. My peeps have a land line too.
Their old one died about 2 years ago, the new one they have has a feature called quiet mode. You can set it up so that the phone doesn’t ring for ever how many hours you want. Messages are recorded though. We get so many ‘stupid’ telemarkerters we set it at bed time every night.
    Hugs madi your bfff

  12. Such great answers! My Gracie doesn’t like anything fishy, can you believe it? She’s strictly a poultry cat. Nina’s favorite game is to race in and out of the doll’s tent, sometimes moving it from room to room in the house.

  13. I enjoyed reading your answers. It breaks my heart that you lost tips of your ears from frostbite but I’m grateful you are now safe, warm, and loved so much.
How funny you take the phone off hook. Are you trying to call someone? 🙂

  14. Prancie, we’ve missed seeing your cute face. We didn’t know that about your ears. We’re so glad you’re now and forever warm and safe. I bet your parents have fun with you taking the phone off the hook. 🙂

  15. We’re sorry to hear how your ears came to be that way, but it does give you a rakish look. And mouseies – wow, they’d have to be super, super brave to come in YOUR house.

  16. We have a landline – the mobile signal here is catastrophically bad that that’s NZ and its magnificent hills for you. besides why should companies invest in infrastructure if they can limp along with what they have – right? 😉 So, nothing wrong with a landline.

  17. It’s not really lame to have a landline. The fact is, enhanced 911 systems can find you faster if you have one, your address comes up when you call from a landline. That’s why we kept ours until the children were grown, it’s easy for a child to get scared and forget their address in an emergency.

If there were an emergency at your house such as a fire (heaven forbid!) all your mom would have to do is dial 911 and then get back to rounding all of you up to get you out of the house and not waste time telling them where you are.

  18. We love little challenges like this, because they let us get to know friends like you even better, Prancie. You answered all of these purrfectly! My parents still have a landline, and their cats have been known to take it off the hook and have even made a couple of calls. Purrs!

  19. Wow, those are neat tidbits about you, Prancie! I purr when I eat, too. It makes Mom smile. Maybe Mom and I could watch some episodes of X Files with you sometime. We are believers! Tee hee hee!

        1. That is amazing. Our cable bill is $300/month, but that includes internet and the landline phone too.

          1. EEEKKK $300. fur a month fur all them services iss a fortune Aunty Ellen!!! LadyMum has a fone & Inntynet combo that iss about $90. a month. Cabull onlee $18. so iss affordabull….Fingss are so xpensive aren’t they Aunty???

          2. They sure are. I need to call and get a better deal, or maybe my hubby should because I always end up with extra stuff on the bill- I have a tough time with the word no. XO
