Nosey Rosie’s Gabfest

Hi everyone! Did you miss me last week?

Things have continued to be quiet here. Mom and Grammie went to visit the kids at their house yesterday. I like that. Mom is sad though because she doesn’t even know when they can sleep over again because they are always so busy.

I told you that I would show you some more Halloween crap decorations.

This is above the sink.
Lots of black cat stuff.
Floating candles and witch’s hat in the hallway.
Mom put ghost stickers on the pillows. Typhoid Mary tried to walk off with them the last time she was here.
Mom finally unboxed the Halloween Tater Head that sweet Cindyann gave her for her birthday.
He came with a ghost costume too.

Speaking of costumes, mom is working on all of ours. No fair that Ethel, Bridget and Tuffy don’t have to wear a costume for Halloween because she can’t catch them.

Everyone has been behaving except Brody is still being difficult taking his heart meds.

See you next week.

    1. There are a few of those around the house- I always feel like someone is watching me. ๐Ÿ™‚ XO

  1. OH, that ghost potato head…priceless, Rosie! And maybe you could hide with the others so as not to be turned into a witch, or a pumpkin, haha. Your mama is a barrel of FUN! Tell he I’m sending her a Halloween video from instagram that she will LOVE.

  2. Dearest Rosie,
There was a lot for you to show and talk about!
Here are no Halloween things to be found, never felt tempted to start doing that.
Spooky boy is our black kitty and he is much loved!
    Hugs,

  3. Ha ha- “crap”. That would be mom’s words, but if dad had his way, he’d have Halloween crap all over the place as he once did before he met mom.

  4. Rosie, too bad the 2 kiddies aren’t free to sleep over. Hope they do not miss out on all this fun decorations. Precious would never dress up either. She saw the vet yesterday and will take a RX fur her allergies now. Hope Brody figures out he needs his med.

  5. Love the ghost potato head! Rosie, your Mom’s decorations are a festive wonderful museum kinda collection! So much to see. As kids grow up they do get busy. We saw that with our nieces and nephews and now with the great nieces and nephews. For us, sometimes that’s a blessing ๐Ÿ™‚
The dedicated black cat table/display is a “treat!”
    BOO!

  7. Rosie you are always missed!!
Seems all the kiddos stay so busy during the school year with academics and extra curricular.
Happy your Mom and Grammie could visit
    Hugs Cecilia

  8. Thank you for all the news Rosie! And all the news too. You are a wonderful repurrter and we hope your Mm rewards you with extra treats!

  9. Your mom may have to go see the girls a good bit instead of them coming to her until their next school break. Eventually the boy should be able to come over for a couple of hours, who knows, he will probably enjoy making things, too, especially if they are edible things.

I like the decorations and the Halloween Mr. Potato Head.

Pilling a cat can be a pill, and I’m sure your mom has tried every which way to make it a delicious and positive experience, but even that doesn’t always work. I hope she finds a way soon.

  10. You made me laugh out loud with Halloween crap. I spewed my water.

I did miss you last week.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches to the kitties and a big hug to mom. โ™ฅ

  12. Love all the Halloween decorations and the Potato Head ghost is fun! … You are looking very cute in your photo, Rosie! <3

  13. Mom is doing the right thing by going to the kids. The older they get, the busier they are. Hard to find time that works for everyone.

The Halloween Potato Head is cool and he makes a great ghost.

  14. Chaplin: “Keep an eye on that new Potato Head! He looks like he may bite!”
Charlee: “I have been getting medicine on my chin every night because of a little sore I have there. I try to run, but Mama and Dada keep catching me. If Ethel, Bridget, or Tuffy can give me any tips on escaping, I would appreciate it.”
Oona: “You should try doing like Oona does and just disappearing into the shadows.”
Charlee: “That would probably work better if I didn’t have white spots everywhere …”
