Letters to Santa- Part 2

Hi everyone! We are joining, The Cat On My Head’s Sunday Selfie Blog Hop.

Today we have our second batch of the kitties’ letters to Santa.

Dear Santa, I want the red dot in a box so I can catch the damn darn thing. Love, Rusty
Dear Santa, I was wondering if you could deliver all my Grammie’s things here while you are out with your sleigh. I want her to live here forever. Also, could you get me a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, it is on the way from Grammie’s. Love, Rudy
Dear Santa, I would like a big bag of Temptations and some red mice. Love, Tuffy

And now, we know you all enjoyed Rosie’s version of Santa Baby last week so Penny hopes you like hers too.

Santa Baby
Keep your presents for me
I have a Grammie.

I’ve been a good girl all year
so hurry down the chimney tonight
I will be sure the furnace is turned up high

You need to stop spying on everyone
you take away all the fun.

What you are doing is against the law
and I plan to whap you with my paw.

I know you will ignore this song.
And that would be wrong.
so hurry down the chimney tonight.
I will be sure to turn the furnace on high.

  1. If you get that chicken, might we come over for a taste? And those red dots were FUN for me, I would have liked that prezzie too.

  2. Aww, fresh chicken and the love of a good Grammie is all a cat needs. OK, some catnip and cream would be cool, too. Especially if it is on the way to your chimney.
    Have a delightful festive season.
    ERin

  3. Penny, I love your version of Santa Baby cos you tell it like it is. Rusty, Rudy, and Tuffy, I hope you get what you want from Santa Paws.

  4. Penny you have the best song this morning. And the boys look like they’re wishing for lots of good things at Christmas that I am sure they will share with you and the rest of the family, right.

  5. Penny, you are THE itty for songs! Loved your version and the boys…their wishes are so good even my mom wants to see they get what they asked for,

  6. Oona: “Oona enjoyed reading your letters. If you find out how to catch the red dot inside of a box, please let Oona know the secret.”
Chaplin: “Wait … We can ask Santa for rotisserie chickens???”
Charlee: “Penny, your Santa song was funny! But Santa is one to hold a grudge, at least according to Dennis.”
Java Bean: “Ayyy, did you just libel Santa? That’s a sure way to get on the naughty list!”
Charlee: “It’s not libel if it’s true.”
Lulu: “I don’t think Santa cares about legal niceties like that …”

    1. Charlee, Penny is not worried because she has a Grammie. 🙂 And yes, you can ask Santa for anything. XO

  8. It sounds like Grammie is a big hit in your home. We hope the rotisserie chicken arrives. Maybe you need to get at least two of them. And we worry about that red dot in a box – that dot can be very elusive.
