Hi everyone. Before we get started, we want to give our condolences to our friend Crystal on the loss of sweet Daisy Mae.
To visit, click here.
We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays.
Rosie is posing with my stuffed dog, Woofy that I told you about in the fill-ins on Friday. He is furless because I plucked all his fur off and ate it. I guess I was a strange child.
I also want to recommend a great book. Bad Cat Chris’ Dad has written another fiction book, Falling Star. This one is part drama and part who ( or what) done it. I usually read memoirs, but this was a fun change of pace.
In this book, Beth, a rookie FBI agent is paired with Mike, a park ranger investigating the area where a meteorite landed on Earth possibly causing some aggressive behaviors in people and animals. While working, these two form a bond. I don’t want to give any spoilers so I will leave it at that.
I highly recommend Falling Star to anyone looking for a nice diversion from the doldrums of winter. A nice romance to enjoy for Valentine’s Day. It is available on Amazon, click here.
We were sorry to learn of the loss of Daisy Mae, too. Cute picture of Rosie with Woofy! XO
Thank you. XO
We visited Crystal…….always sad to learn of a loss. As for eating the fur off Woofy – I wonder if there was any nutritional value in that fur????????
Hugs, Pam
I wonder why I did that? XO
I was sorry to hear about Daisy Mae. I tried to leave my condolences but the comment form wouldn’t work. I will try again later in the day.
Cute photo of Rosie and Woofy.
Thank you. XO
The good thing is that Woofy survive to live another day. With or without fur. I know I had my stuffed animals and my dolls for my entire life. But I think I managed to leave the fur on them, lol.
MOL! 🙂
You ate the fur off Woofie…I went outside and ate the flowers in the lawn. Sigh. Mom finally found be getting ready to try the buttercups (really) and put a stop to my vegan beginnings.
That is funny. XO
Cute pic of Rosie and Woofy, and I am sorry to hear about Angel Daisy Mae.
Thank you. XO
You’re welcome, Ellen.
Left a note for Angel Daisy Mae’s human.
Thank you. XO
Mom’s cat Snowball tried to carry her baby doll and left tooth marks in it. Mom still has the baby doll.
That is funny. XO
Charlee: “Our Dada says he read a book once about a fallen star that landed in Fairyland and turned into a person! Then they made a movie about it and the fallen star was played by Claire Danes. I am not sure who that is, but apparently Dada approved. Anyway that was probably not the same book as this one.”
Chaplin: “Ya think???”
Oona: “Oona will be keeping an eye on on the mail on Thursday as instructed! Maybe she can get Dada to bring her to the mail box with him that day …”
Chaplin: “Fat chance of that, Oona. We’re not even supposed to go in the garage, let alone to the mailbox.”
Oona: “RULES LIKE THAT DO NOT APPLY TO NINJAS!!!”
Maybe just have your dad bring it inside for you. 🙂
Happy Monday..I hope not too much snow is falling over your house.
Thank you for the book review
Hugs Cecilia

Well my ‘floppy’ is furless in several spots, but it rubbed off from all the tight hugs I gave it, LOL! Never thought to taste it!!!
Rosie looks sweet with Woofy; a dog that won’t chase her…or bark…
MOL! Thank you. 🙂
I love the photo. I was surprised to see you reviewed my book. Thank you so much for the kind words. I am presently writing a sequel to The Last Healer.
I look forward to that. You are a great writer.
Thank you. I appreciate that.
I’m sorry another precious pet has passed away. 🙁 But what a precious photo. 🙂 Perhaps you had pica as a child. Thank heaven you didn’t choke. ~hugs~ And thank you for the book review. Be well, my dear.
Always sad to see a cat pass. I asked my mom why she didn’t ask the dr about that. I also have 2 stuffed donkeys I ate all the fur off of too. I am surprised when I had a colonoscopy they didn’t find any left in there. 🙂 XO
That was sad about Daisy Mae. Sweet photo of Rosie and Woofy.
Thank you. 🙂
You ate the fur?!?! Probably a good thing you didn’t have a cat as a child! MOL
Yes, good thing. 🙂
Rosie your mommy isn’t that strange at all, Granny ate the ears of her plastic bear, she did that with her fountain pens too😹More Pawkisses for effurryone💞😽💗 Ps that book sounds really good!
That makes mom feel better. 🙂 XO
OMC! My brother ate all the fur off his stuffed dog Spot when he was little. My mother had to make Spot a terry cloth cover because he was so threadbare.
Glad some other child was a fur eater. 🙂 XO
