Awww….Monday

Hi everyone. We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays .

Dusty is posing with the book I am currently reading. The Way of Being Lost: A Road Trip to My Truest Self by Victoria Price is interesting. Written by the daughter of Vincent Price. In it she talks of her childhood with him as a father.

I came across this book because I heard Thriller on the radio and it got me curious about Vincent Price. She also wrote a Biography about him that I ordered through the library.

Rosie will be here with all the latest tomorrow.

    1. I only know him from the Thriller video. Never seen a movie of his, but I like the creepy voice. 🙂

    1. No horror in the book. It is about her finding her true self. Dusty is a great reading buddy. XO

  1. Dusty looks great this morning. Your camera takes some excellent pictures. Those of the Boy and Rusty with him was perfect in clarity and fun to see. Looks like The Boy was wearing pleated dress pants.

  2. Saw an old “Have Gun Will Travel” where Vincent Price played a traveling actor, and went into Shakespeare like a pro…it was fabulous, and from the early 1960’s. Great stuff.

  3. Sounds like a wonderful read.

    Dusty is a cutie pie.

Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.

  5. He played some fascinating characters, I can imagine having him as a father would be, well, interesting to look back on. Dusty, thanks for posing so nicely!

  6. Chaplin: “The daughter of Vincent Price? Wow, I bet growing up with him as a dad must have been—”
    Charlee: “Don’t say it.”
    Chaplin: “—a real thriller!”
Charlee: *smacks Chaplin upside the head*

  7. Vincent Price…he’s one of my favorite actors. I heard that when he recorded the monologue for Michael Jackson’s Thriller, he was paid a flat $20,000 instead of taking royalties. Can you imagine?
