Penny’s Tips Volume 76

Hi everyone! Sorry there was no post yesterday. Once again thunderstorms knocked out our power. At least it was only 23 hours this time as opposed to 3 days a few weeks ago. And now back to our regularly scheduled program.

Hey Penny, I heard Mom telling Dad that she created a monster. Do you think it looks like Frankenstein?

No. it looks like you- because it is you. She made the mistake of letting you watch your red string on her computer and now you won’t leave her alone when she is online. Now buzz off- my fans are here to see me.

I was planning to show you a great Christmas gift you can make now, but with the power outage I didn’t get to take photos. This week I am telling you about a tip I learned from my friend Loa and Cat Tells All blog. She let us know about free courses the ASPCA offers online in behavior, toxicology and other topics. Mom is interested in the toxicology classes. You can find the link to the ASPCA on Loa’s post, click here.

  1. We’re very glad your power is back! We have storms coming this week. We’re hoping it cools down again! You enjoy those red strings. MOL about you bothering mom on the computer now

  2. If you are a monster, you are a cute monster! I am glad your power wasn’t out for as long this time. We are having more storms too and our power went last night, but it was back by this morning.

  3. OK girls – no fighting now! Sorry your power went out AGAIN……glad it wasn’t for THREE DAYS though!

    Hugs, Teddy and Mom

  4. OH mom dreads dreads losing power. You’re either hot to cold and can’t see a foot in front of you.

  5. I figured you were without power too. We were also very busy yesterday so I didn’t do my usual blogging either.

    Love the bickering. I chuckled.

    I love your tips.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches to all the kitties and a hug to the mom. ♥

  6. You two. ~shakes head~ I’m sorry your power was out again. I’d be worried about my aquariums, which I fortunately didn’t have when we lost power for five days after Hurricane Ike winds blew through. Be well, my dears!

    1. Thank you 🙂 I am lucky our generator was working in 2011 when we lost power for 5 days because I had turtles that needed the heat and light. XO

  7. Oh no! Another thing to keep my human glued to the computer! She’s learning and learning and not actually DOING much these days! MOL

  8. Thanks for the tip, Penny. We will have Mom check it out. Power outages stink – especially when it is hot or if they last a long time. We were without internet over the weekend, and that didn’t make any of us very happy.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  9. Oh fiddlesticks! Drat these storms! I am so sorry you keep losing your power. I hope it stops and you get relief from these storms. Your photos are always such smile makers. Thank you. HUGS across the miles XO

  10. You are certainly having some wicked weather lately. We have storms most every afternoon. Thankfully we dodged the two hurricanes, but sad for the people that had them show up. Rosie you must be mesmerized by the red string!

  11. Rosie, if you’re a monster, then you’re the cutest monster I’ve ever seen. Penny, this is yet another purrfect tip! I had no idea the ASPCA offered courses like this, and I’ll definitely be checking that out. Purrs!
