Hi everyone! This month we actually remembered to join Fozziemum and Bacon for Shopping Around the World. The theme for November is Thanksgiving foods. Several people commented last week when I wrote about spinach dip so I am going to share that recipe.
1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained $1.00
16 ounce container sour cream $1.99
1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix $1.50
2 cups shredded cheddar $3.00
Combine all ingredients and bake in an oven safe pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
I use Tostitos scoops, but any chip or cracker of your choice will work.
